Our in-person doula services offer compassionate, experienced support to expectant families during pregnancy, labor, and childbirth. While not a medical provider, a doula provides invaluable emotional comfort, physical assistance, and evidence-based information throughout the birth process. Benefits of continuous support during labor include: shortened birth duration, reduction of the need for pain medication, lowered likelihood of cesarean births, and enhanced overall satisfaction with the birth experience.

Includes:

  • Birth plan template provided

  • Initial 45-minute virtual consultation

  • (1) 60-minute virtual prenatal meeting to discuss options during your pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum

  • Digital resource packet

  • Availability via text or email to answer questions from 35 weeks until 2 weeks postpartum

  • In-person availability during labor

  • (1) 45-minute postpartum virtual meeting to talk about your birth experience and answer any questions you have
